It governs your use of our websites and materials downloaded from it, including electronic PDF documents, text, images, links and other content (hereinafter referred to as “material”).

By using our websites, you accept this Privacy Policy in full and without reservation. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use our websites. Zavod Audioforum makes the websites available for your use in accordance with the terms set forth in this document Privacy Policy.

Zavod Audioforum is committed to protecting your privacy. All information collected from individuals will be used only if necessary. We will investigate all unauthorized actions against computer systems and unauthorized use of personal data.

Zavod Audioforum collects or has access to personal data that you provide via e-mail, by accepting cookies, hosting provider records, forms on websites, newsletters, social networks, instant messages and surveys.

Email

The following personal data are visible to us when you contact us directly via our e-mail address based on audioforum.si, avdioforum.si, audioforum.rs, masiv.rs, uduruzenjemasiv.rs, info@audioforum.si or uduruzenjemasiv@gmail.com:

• Your first and last name or any textual content is recorded on your publicly visible e-mail account, by your e-mail provider,

• The content of your e-mail or the e-mail address from which your inquiry was sent,

• Any personal information or information that can be considered personal or confidential that you have entered in the body of the e-mail;

Cookies

Cookies are text files stored on your computer that enable an analysis of how you use websites. If you choose to allow the use of cookies by clicking the “Accept” button (or its equivalent in other languages), they will be stored on your hard drive in accordance with our Cookie Policy below.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to better understand how visitors to our sites interact with site features, to improve site functionality and provide a better experience for future visits. In a practical terms, the only thing we can see are graphs and numerical representations of those visits and related data through the dashboard of our Google Analytics account. There is no way for us to identify you or anyone else after visiting our sites.

Google Analytics stores corresponding cookies on the hard drives of our visitors. Google will then use this information on our behalf for the purposes of analyzing how you use our sites, compiling reports on the activities of our sites, providing further services in connection with these reports and reporting such use to us.

Hosting provider logging

Our hosting provider is Unlimited.rs. When you visit our websites, your IP address, date and time of visit are recorded and made visible to us. We undertake to treat such information as confidential and keep it in a secure place. Contact form

Your sending messages through the contact form from our sites is possible only if you confirm acceptance of this Privacy Policy. The following personal data is collected through the contact form, which is usually located at the bottom of our website pages:

• Your name – any textual content entered in the “Name” field (and its counterpart in other languages) of the form,
• Your e-mail address – whatever is provided in the “E-mail” field (and its counterpart in other languages),
• Your message – any personal data or data that can be considered personal that you have entered through the “Message” field (and its counterpart in other languages);

Bulletin

You can subscribe to the Zavod Audioforum, activity or event newsletter (all defined in our Code of Conduct). To do this, you fill in the first and last name field, then your e-mail address and your consent to receive the newsletter (also known as “double opt-in” or “GDPR consent”). All personal data from newsletter subscriptions is collected through the third party service “Mailchimp”, The Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308 USA.

Personal data originating from our newsletter subscribers will only be used to provide them with communications relevant to their interest in Zavod Audioforum, analyze their interaction with our e-mails and analyze audience demographics. Subscribers to the newsletter can unsubscribe at any time by following the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the e-mail.

Your data will not be handed over to third parties without your prior consent, unless it is required by law to the competent authorities.

Social networks

Zavod Audioforum is present in social media. Users can get in touch with us through social media channels, either through publicly visible communications or privately sent messages. Our access to personal data is either impossible or strictly limited by social media operators. All personal data that the user intentionally provided when contacting us via social media will be used exclusively for the purpose of providing adequate answers to the user’s inquiries.

Instant messages

Users can contact us using online instant messaging platforms such as Discord. Our official Discord server can be found at https://discord.com/invite/pW4tgnn4k3. Similar to social media, a user can get in touch with us on instant messaging platforms either through public posts, closed group messages or private messages. All personal data that the user intentionally provided while contacting us through instant messaging platforms will be used exclusively for the purpose of providing adequate answers to the user’s inquiries.

Surveys and forms

From time to time, we may ask a group of individuals (of which you may already be a part) to submit responses to surveys that we create through third-party online services such as Google Forms or Survey Monkey. The personal data you enter in such forms will be visible to us, including but not limited to your first and last name, occupation, place of origin, approximate age, e-mail address. We hereby assert that such personal data will be used solely for the purpose of achieving the goals stated in the body of the survey or form at the time of submitting your response.
